Default Norgu

could you guys give me some basic interrupting builds for norgu? i just got him and mesmers are the only class i know virtually nothing about, but i know they can be extremely useful so i want to be able to bring him along for some situations. also, while i know they are useful for interrupting, when are they most useful? i would probably rather bring along a monk and two mm's but are there any situations where it would be extremely beneficial to bring norgu instead of the others? thanks.

I'm currently using my norgu with this:

[skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill][skill]Energy Tap[/skill][skill]Guilt[/skill][skill]Mistrust[/skill][skill]Empathy[/skill][skill]Shatter Hex[/skill][skill]Diversion[/skill][skill]Power Block[/skill]

Variants:

If you find you still want more interrupts you could try replacing Diversion for [wiki]Power Return[/wiki] for a fast-recharging spell-only interrupt. I use DIversion in the build so that if I come up against a troublesome character (say, a Mursaat Monk boss, I can manyally make him use Diversion and make it much easier for myself)

Sometimes I give him Energy Burn instead of Shatter Hex depending on whether or not a lot of hex removal is required.

You could replace Power Block with [wiki]Mantra of Recovery[/wiki] to recharge spells faster.

You could also consider [wiki]Power Drain[/wiki] as extra energy management if he's finding it hard going.

Attributes:
Domination: 12 + 1 + 2
Inspiration: 8 + 1
Fast Casting: The Rest + 1

I find that the AI interrupters will interrupt any skill they are able to, without caring what it is. So with the following build, norgu just keeps interrupting things:

Power Block - He seems to save it for when they have multiple skills on that attribute, thus shutting down multiple skills
Power Leak - PvE enemies do have limited energy
Signet of disruption - If you have someone who hexes, like an SS necro
Power Drain
Leach Signet
Power return - As a last resort spammable interrupt. Though I might switch it out for another one
Cry of frustration
Res sig

Fast cast - 10+1
Domination - 11 + 4
Inspration - 10 + 1

Just set him to guard and let him do as he likes. Listen for the sound of something being interrupted, you will hear it a lot.

Can't remember exactly what he had, but it was basically a whole shedload of interrupts (Power Spike, Cry of Frustration, Power Drain were the three I could remember...) and Mantra of Recovery... He's like Erys on speed.
